Shipping Information on Small Accessories and Musical Items
The Piano Man ships all domestic orders of small piano accessories and music items via the United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer our customers the convenience of choosing between standard 3-business days (a higher rate) and the basic 5- to 7-business days shipping when they place an order.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total weight of the item(s) you are ordering.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will receive a shipping quote via email or telephone after their order has been placed. Your credit card will not be charged until you have confirmed the cost of shipping your order.
Charges for Larger Items such as Pianos or Organs.
For large items such as pianos, we recommend our specially trained and experienced piano movers. Moving charges will depend on how much the paino or organ weighs and how far the shipping destination is from our store. We will provide you a quote at the time of purchase.
