Account Login
Returning customers who have previously registered their account information may login prior to adding items to their shopping cart, or at anytime during the shopping process, to avoid re-entering their shipping and billing information every time they checkout.
Account Sign-Up
New customers have the option of creating a customer account with The Piano Man Inc. to speed up the check out process. To create an account, simply choose a username and password, then enter your billing and shipping information to be stored in our secure database. This information will automatically be entered into the correct fields whenever you place an order under your login name.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
To add items to your shopping cart, use the links on the left hand side of the site to browse products & accessories by category or search for a specific keyword. Then select a sub category and/or individual item by clicking on the product name or image to see more detailed information on the item.
Once on the Product Detail Page, check the item you would like to purchase and click "Add To Cart." Repeat this process for any other items you would like to order.
You may change the quantity of a specific item or remove it altogether at anytime during the shopping process by clicking the "View Cart" button in the upper right hand corner of the site and using the update and delete options as necessary.
Once the contents of your shopping cart are correct, you may proceed to checkout.
Checking Out
If you have registered with www.thepianomaninc.com as part of a previous purchase, you may log in before proceeding to checkout. All of your checkout information will automatically be entered into the checkout form for you.
Once your information has been entered, click "Complete Purchase" and print or make a note of your order number.
You will then receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order was received. This email will also contain your order number and tracking information.
